Ok, so our site is up and running, with a zombie theme.

Come join us, comment, drive cross country to freak out people in South Carolina.

The event will take place at 8pm on Friday October 28th. We hope to have at least a couple dozen people, and will take photos/film/blog the event.

This is a great idea. I am glad I found out about it (just) in time to do one this year.

Default We're almost ready!

I'm getting excited. We have around 30 zombies lined up (that I know of), and a good bit of traffic on our web site and mailing list. The local newspaper is going to run an article and photo on Friday, the day of the event. We have victims, photographers, and someone filming.

I can't wait. Wish us luck, guys!

Default The walk was great!

It was a lot of fun. We probably had 30 to 35 people, which for a town our size (and the walk was just set up in the last couple of weeks) isn't bad.

We had some great costumes, great scenes of attacking people and making new zombies, and there were several people with very nice digital movie cameras recording it all. Lasted about two hours. Everyone wants to do it again next year but even bigger.

Will get pics and footage up on www.zday.net as soon as I can.
